Just like the relationship between lamb and mutton, Harima's white pearl is equivalent to lamb.

Oysters are treated by some countries as a "high-risk" item in trade, and exporting them can be difficult.
So why are they called "high risk"? When we looked into the basis for this, we found that there have been serious food poisoning incidents in the past.
Therefore, we have been challenging to obtain an import license for Harima's white pearl by providing a careful explanation based on scientific data as a product that can provide "food safety and security anytime, anywhere. As a result, we were able to obtain permission from the Agri-Food and Veterinary Authority (AVA) of Singapore to import the product as an authorized product.
We supply the product as a frozen product and have manualized its delivery and operations at our stores to ensure that our customers can enjoy it with peace of mind.
