What are the detailed defrosting instructions?
There is an optimal way to serve each dish. There are three different methods (hot water, running water, microwave) depending on the product.
For example, the hot water method is mainly used for delicate fish and cooking methods, as the fish is heated slowly by placing the whole bag in boiling water to soften it. Running water is mainly for dishes that should be served at room temperature or cold temperatures.
Microwave is mainly for pre-cooked processed foods. We ask that you cut a slit in some of the bags before use.
How different is the freshness and price from fish sold in the general market?

Fishermen, cooperatives, local and central wholesale markets, local and central wholesalers and consignees deliver the fish to retailers, which are then purchased by consumers in stores.

Harikai's fish is purchased directly from fishermen and can be delivered to consumers and restaurants the next day. (Prior contract is required.)
Prices are equal to or higher than the price purchased at the store.
This is due to the fact that we have to pay a processing fee to deliver the fish after sufficient allowances and stress is removed from the fish in order to realize sustainable fishery.
Harikai's fish is chosen for its taste. We hope you will consider it.
Are there any points that are inferior to other companies' products?
